About us

Ray Production and Research Bread Co has more than 60 years of experience in the flour production industry and is well acquainted with European bread baking traditions. We have started producing German bulky and semi-bulky bread, in order to improve the availability of different types of bread in Iran. This kind of bread stays fresh longer and eliminates wastage as the crusts can be eaten.

We have achieved this by combining the implementation of European machinery, raw materials mainly imported from Germany, and the involvement of German experts in the training and supervision of the baking procedure. We bake different kinds of German bread, for each of which we have obtained a separate production permit from the Ministry of Hygiene.

The German bread of Hoorsun is prepared with the best wheat, rye and barley flour along with bran mixed with cereals and fresh raw materials and is supplied to the public in a hygienic packaging.
